School was always so important to me as a child. I worked hard and did my homework the minute I got home. I’m not much different today. I’ve taught fourth grade for over thirty years and I still do my homework right away. But now my homework is marking papers. I love teaching, and think there’s nothing more important than learning to become a life-long learner. |

Where Am I Sleeping Tonight – A Story of Divorce This is a book for the elementary aged child that tells the story of a boy, Mark, and his younger brother Evan, who rotate houses every two nights. Because of this shared custody agreement, Mark can be disorganized. He feels scrambled and even a little angry with his parents for getting a divorce. But with time, effort, and the assistance of Mark's parents and teacher, Mark gets a little more organized, and most importantly, starts to come to terms with his parents' divorce. |
