Kathryn “Gibbs Davis” is the award-winning author of 23 fiction and non-fiction titles. These include picture books, early chapter books, middle grade novels, YA and one film produced for children. She has also created two series (mystery and sports).

Teachers appreciate her fresh approach to history in two bestselling titles, Wackiest White House Pets (Parents’ Choice Gold Award) and First Kids (2010 Oppenheim Gold Seal) which features Malia and Sasha Obama.
