Geoff Herbach is the author of Young Adult novels Stupid Fast (June 2011), a Junior Library Guild Selection, and its sequel Nothing Special, which is due in the spring of 2012. Before writing for teens, Geoff co-founded The Lit 6 Project, a comedic reading company that performed around the country. He wrote and performed shows for Electric Arc Radio, which aired on Minnesota Public Radio’s The Current and did the same for the New York City-based comedy show Radio Happy Hour. He also authored an adult novel, The Miracle Letters of T. Rimberg. Dad of two great kids (Mira and Leo), Geoff teaches creative writing at Minnesota State, Mankato. There, he lives in a log cabin with his partner, writer Stephanie Wilbur Ash, who, if asked, would tell you that Geoff is both a great big dork and a reasonable jock. |
Stupid Fast Fifteen-year-old Felton Reinstein has always been on the smallish side, but in his sophomore year he starts growing...and growing.
